Galvan Capital is currently invested in over 1000 doors across the Midwest and Sun Belt corridor (as General Partners, Key Principals and Joint Ventures). 

Galvan Capital is a commercial real estate investment company. Daniel and Lindsay have been personally investing in real estate since 2005, from public REITs to self-managed rentals. They began passive investing thru Limited Partnerships in Value-add Multifamily properties. They quickly became active investors and are General Partners and Key Principals in twenty properties and counting. They have primarily focused on Sunbelt and Midwest Acquisitions. They have over 1000 doors of multifamily value add properties in addition to an industrial flex space, NNN, and a couple of self storage facilities.

Daniel specializes in business development, negotiation of terms, asset management, accredited investors and partner relationships. 

Lindsay specializes in deal analysis, investor relations, asset management and communications. 

Danny and Lindsay have been married for 15 years and are junior high sweethearts. They have three children and a dog and live in Illinois within miles of where they grew up. They live by the Howard Schultz quote, “Success is best when shared".
